2. Purpose of the site
This site presents Yıldız Platform's rental services for aerial work platforms, cranes, forklifts and similar equipment, and lets visitors request a quotation. No online sale or rental transaction is completed through the site and no payment is taken.
3. Prices and quotations
We publish no price list. Rental cost depends on machine type, duration, site location, transport distance and operator requirements, so every request is quoted individually.
- Submitting the quote form is a request. On its own it forms no contract and does not bind you.
- A written quotation we issue is binding for the validity period stated on it. If no period is stated, it is valid for 7 days.
- A rental relationship arises only through a separately signed rental agreement. Terms on machine use, liability, insurance and damage are set out in that agreement; this page does not replace it.
- Machine availability shown on the site is not real time. Availability for your dates is confirmed only after we check.
4. Accuracy of content
Technical figures on the site (working height, capacity, weight, dimensions) are published carefully and based on manufacturer data. Even so, typographical errors, manufacturer model changes or delayed updates are possible.
Please do not finalise your machine choice on the basis of the site alone. Whether a job can actually be done depends on site-specific conditions such as ground bearing capacity, passage width and reach distance. That is why our site survey and technical consultancy are free of charge. We accept no responsibility for choices made solely on the information published here.

5. Intellectual property
The design, texts, logo, trade marks, photographs, drawings and software on this site belong to Yıldız Platform or its licensors and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation.
You may view and print the content for personal, non-commercial use. Without our written permission you may not:
- copy texts or images and republish them on another site or in print,
- use our trade mark or logo,
- scrape the site with automated software or compile its content into a database.
Reasonable quotation with attribution and a link is outside this restriction.
6. Your obligations
- Enter accurate and current information in the forms. We are not responsible if a quotation fails to reach you because of incorrect contact details.
- Do not enter another person's personal data without informing them and obtaining their consent.
- Do not attempt to damage or overload the site or to bypass its security measures.
- Do not use the forms for advertising, spam or automated submission.
- Upload only your own documents when applying for a job.
Where such use is detected we reserve the right to block access and to pursue legal remedies.
7. Limitation of liability
We take due care to keep the site available and accurate, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure failure, cyber attack or force majeure. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of business arising from temporary unavailability or from an error in the content.
This clause does not limit rights arising from consumer legislation or mandatory rules of law.
8. Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, map providers and our social media accounts. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or security.

10. Changes
We may change these terms without prior notice. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms. The effective date is shown at the top.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Execution Offices of Kayseri have jurisdiction over any dispute. Visitors qualifying as consumers retain their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
