What a spider lift does
Tracked spider lifts solve two problems at once: narrow access and delicate floors. Folded down they narrow enough to pass through most standard doorways, and the tracks spread the weight over a wide area, so the risk of marking grass, parquet or marble is low. Outriggers deployed at the work point keep the machine level even on a slope.

Worth knowing
Once set up, a spider lift works from a fixed position — you do not drive it with the basket raised. So if several points must be reached, allow set-up time for each.
