We bring the machine to your site
Moving the rented machine to site and collecting it afterwards is our job. Our low loaders and trailers, loaded and secured by our own crew, handle loading, transport and unloading. We deliver across Türkiye; see the service areas page for coverage.
Questions we ask before delivery
Almost all lost time in transport comes from access problems discovered after arrival. To avoid that we confirm in advance:
- Width, gradient and any height limit on the approach road
- Ground condition and manoeuvring space at the unloading point
- Door and corridor dimensions between unloading point and work area
- Name and phone number of the person receiving the machine
- Whether site, plant or industrial zone entry permits are required
- The time window in which delivery can be made
What happens at delivery
- The machine is function tested and its fuel or battery state checked before loading.
- It is secured with lashing straps, with protection applied where transport damage is a risk.
- Unloading takes place only after ground conditions and manoeuvring space are confirmed.
- The machine is demonstrated to the person receiving it: controls, emergency stop and ground control panel.
- The handover form is signed and the machine documents are left on site.
Collection
Let us know when the job is finished. At collection the machine is checked again and any damage is recorded on a form. The rental period ends on the day the machine leaves your site.
Out of town and night delivery
For out of town work, transport is priced by distance and shown separately in the quote. For shopping centres, hospitals and airports where daytime work is not possible, we plan night and weekend deliveries; just note it on the quote form.
