This policy explains in plain language how we handle your information when you visit yildizplatform.com.tr. For the statutory detail required under Turkish data protection law, see our Personal Data Notice; where the two differ, that notice prevails.
In short
- We only collect information when you write to us. You can browse the whole site without giving any details.
- We do not sell your information and never pass it on for marketing.
- We contact you only about your own enquiry. Promotional messages are sent only if you separately opt in.
- Because we publish no price list, no payment data is collected at all — card and bank details never pass through this site.
What we collect, and when
Simply browsing the site requires no name, phone number or email. We collect data only when you take an action:
- Quote form: name, phone, company, email and details of the job (machine, height, duration, site address and so on)
- Contact form: name, phone, email, subject and your message
- Job application: your contact details and the CV you upload
With every form submission we also record the IP address and browser information for security — this lets us tell automated bot submissions apart from real enquiries and detect abuse.
What we use it for
In one sentence: to get back to you and to do the job. Concretely, to prepare your quotation, call you, send the machine to your site, issue the invoice and answer your questions.
We do not message you about anything unrelated to your enquiry. To receive campaign news you must tick the relevant box on the quote form; if it is not ticked, we send nothing promotional. Even after opting in, every message includes a way to opt out.
Who we share it with
- Our hosting and email service providers
- The transport company delivering your machine — only your name, phone number and delivery address
- Our accountant and lawyer, only when necessary
- Public authorities acting under statutory powers
How we protect it
- Traffic is encrypted with an SSL certificate; you will see the padlock in your browser.
- The admin panel is restricted to authorised staff with a username and password.
- Forms are protected against cross-site request forgery and include a hidden bot trap field.
- CV files are stored outside the publicly served folder and cannot be fetched over the internet even if the path is known.
- Uploaded images are re-encoded and validated for type and size.
Even so, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. In the event of a security incident we notify affected individuals and the Personal Data Protection Board as the law requires.
How long we keep it
We do not keep data indefinitely. Unsuccessful quote requests are deleted after 2 years, contract-related records 10 years after the relationship ends, contact messages after 2 years and job applications after 1 year. See the Personal Data Notice for the full table.

Links to other sites
The site links out to services such as WhatsApp, map providers and our social media accounts. Once you follow such a link you are on another company's site, governed by their privacy policy rather than ours. We are not responsible for their practices.
Children
This site offers a commercial rental service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data.
