GDPR Notice

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Turkish version of this notice is the legally binding text. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
1. Data Controller
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Yıldız Vinç Platform Kiralama Hizmetleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Yıldız Platform", the "Company") as data controller, in the manner described below.

2. Personal Data We Process
What we collect depends on which form you complete. The lists below are exhaustive.
a) Quote form
- Identity: full name
- Contact: phone number, email address, company name
- Request details: machine or category of interest, working height, rental period, start date, number of days, whether an operator is needed, and any free-text note you add
- Location: province, district and site address
- Security and analytics: IP address, browser information (user agent), the page you submitted the form from, your referring source, and campaign parameters where present (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign)
- Consent records: confirmation that you read this notice and, if given, your consent to receive commercial electronic messages
b) Contact form
- Identity and contact: full name, phone, email
- Message: subject line and message body
- Security: IP address and the page the form was submitted from
- Consent record
c) Job application form
- Identity and contact: full name, phone, email, province of residence
- CV: the file you upload and the information it contains
- Application note and IP address
CV files are stored outside the website's publicly served file area, in a separate directory that cannot be reached over the internet even if the file path is known.

3. Purposes of Processing
- Assessing your request, identifying a suitable machine and preparing a quotation
- Contacting you by phone, email or WhatsApp
- Concluding the rental agreement, delivering the machine and collecting it afterwards
- Invoicing and keeping accounting records
- Answering your questions and complaints
- Evaluating your job application
- Securing the website and blocking automated or malicious form submissions
- Meeting our legal obligations and defending our rights in any dispute
- Only with your separate consent: sending campaign and announcement messages
4. Legal Grounds

Marketing consent is optional. Withholding it does not affect your ability to receive a quotation.
5. Transfers
We do not sell your personal data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. It is shared only as far as the work requires, with:
- Service providers: our hosting provider, email infrastructure and, where applicable, accounting software provider
- Business partners: the transport company delivering the machine (only the name, phone number and address needed for delivery)
- Public authorities: courts, prosecutors and regulators acting under statutory powers
- Our advisers: accountant and lawyer, only to the extent necessary
Some of our service providers may host servers outside Türkiye. Any such transfer is carried out in accordance with article 9 of the KVKK and with appropriate safeguards.
6. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, by wholly or partly automated means, when you complete the quote, contact or job application forms on this site, or when you reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp.
7. Retention Periods

Once the period expires, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your Rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK you may ask us to:
- Confirm whether your personal data is being processed
- Provide information about that processing
- Explain the purpose and whether the data is used accordingly
- Identify third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data has been transferred
- Correct incomplete or inaccurate data
- Delete or destroy data where the statutory conditions are met
- Notify third parties of any correction, deletion or destruction
- Object to a decision produced solely by automated analysis that works against you
- Compensate any damage caused by unlawful processing
9. How to Apply

We respond within 30 days at the latest. Where the request requires additional cost, a fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
10. Changes
This notice may be updated to reflect changes in law or in our processes. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top is updated.
